FAQ

Do you have a showroom to view the pieces?

Yes. Please contact us to book an appointment and visit our showroom, located in the Maalot Dafna neighborhood of Jerusalem.

What if I don't know my ring size?

We would be glad to assist you. Please contact us to book a private appointment and we can measure your ring size for you.

Does every piece include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. Every MIRA moissanite piece is accompanied by an official GRA (Gemological Research Association) certificate.

This certification verifies the authenticity of your stone and details its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight. Each stone is engraved with a unique identification number that corresponds to its individual grading report, ensuring complete transparency and confidence in your purchase.

At MIRA, certification is not an upgrade — it is our standard.

What is GRA?

GRA stands for Gemological Research Association, an independent organization that provides grading and certification for moissanite gemstones.

A GRA certificate verifies the authenticity and specific characteristics of your stone, including its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

At MIRA, we include a GRA certificate with all of our pieces to ensure transparency, quality assurance, and complete confidence in your jewelry.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you in creating your dream piece.
