Delivery times across Israel are up to 14 business days from the time of purchase. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

MIRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope you adore your MIRA piece. However, should it not be perfectly suited to you, we are pleased to offer returns for a refund (less a $30 processing fee), provided the following conditions are met:

~It was never worn
~It’s not damaged
~It is in the original packaging 
(If the item you are returning is not in the original packaging that you received it in, you will not receive a refund.)

The date of return must be within 7 days of In-Store Purchase or Delivery Date.
After 7 days of purchase/delivery, the item is exchangeable for store credit for up to 14 days. After 14 days, you can not return any item for a refund, or store credit. 

All of our pieces are carefully hand-inspected by the MIRA team to ensure they are free of defects; however, in the unlikely event that we have missed something, you will be able to exchange your defective product within 48 hours of receipt.
